Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

Naples is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Naples follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I rarely take time to write a review, especially a negative one. Just wanted to share my experience. Went there (May) for a wheel alignment and specifically told them I had a pull to the right and need that corrected 100% because I had a road trip coming up. They knew and acknowledged. Get car back and it pulls even harder to right, almost not drive-able. Guy tells me he can do it over again, but will HAVE TO CHARGE ME AGAIN. Says his alignment screen shows it's done perfectly. I was like what? Who run a business like that? Over $200 they charged me and never did the job right. To back my claim up, took it to another reputable alignment shop in Naples and they got it absolutely perfect the first time for even less. My first and last time going to Galvin, hopefully this can educate others as well. Pursing refund with my credit card company since I have docs showing it was not done right.

I am traveling in my Ram Promaster RV class B. I needed new tires while traveling. So I came across a deal on 5 rims and tires from a van builder. I stopped in and met Tony, and asked him if the wheels and tires I was about to buy would work, he did some research while I was standing there and he said “absolutely, go get them, and we can install them for you”. I picked up the wheels and tires and came to see Charlie and Robert here at the shop, they took my van in right away. Every person I have health with from the wonderful lady at the desk to the guys in the garage have been amazing. I highly recommend them for any tires, wheels, lifts, ect. Great company great employees, something you don’t see much of today. and my van came out awesome.

I am very pleased with Robert and his crew. I purchased 4 new tires for the trip towing my 38' RV from Pennsylvania to Florida. I was having balance issues with the new expensive Contentinal tires on my 24 Ram 2500 diesel which I bought to replace the OEM garbage. I returned twice to the Pa installer to no avail and had to hit the road for 1700 miles of vibrating mirrors and seats which wasn't fun at all. I went to Galvan wheel after arriving and was taken in the same morning. After diagnosis on the road force machine he was able to determine that 2 of the OEM rims had excessive runout. After getting two new rims Robert mounted and road force balanced the tires which completely solved the problem. I was very relieved because I was certain that I was going to have defective tires and was about scrap them for a set of Michelins at Galvan. Thank you to the guys at Galvan for your expertise and honesty. You have a tire customer from now on.
